    We the Nigerian Cycling Federation we here by request for the entry form for the tournament coming up in Japan, (2013 Tour De Hokkaido) coming up on Saturday 14th September 2013 till Monday 16th September 2013,Kindly send us an entry form because will we like our team to participate in the tournament.

    The sport board will be very grateful if you could prepare and send to us a formal mail stating if you can accomplish all of our demand and the various requirements that we would have to fulfill to get things in motion.
