1. How come a race is considered 1.1 UCI Cat without a home page where you can find, race distance, profile, riders an teams list, TV links etc etc. In other words for us, people from Costa Rica following Amadorīs performance as a journalists, how are we going to inform about the live progress and the final outcome???

2. @Roberto, officially the race doesn't have a website*. In my quest to bring you the best I published a link to their website anyway. Thanks to your message I realised that the link I was using was out of date so I just updated it.
   
   I also added a link to the roadbook with all useful information of the 2013 edition of the race. I didn't find the complete list of participating riders though.
