All I would like to know is what time will the Tour de France start and where precisely will this be e.g.(the Town Hall
The start will be in Leeds (UK) on 5 juli at 13.00 hour (official start )( 12.00 ) English time . Starting place is Headrow opposite the Leeds Art Gallery
