1. Toch verwonderlijk dat wedstrijden als deze het label 1.HC opgespeld krijgen, en Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne met een deelnemersveld om u tegen te zeggen slechts een 1.1 wedstrijd is. Wat zijn de normen om een wedstrijd te labelen?
