Last year, the 7th stage of Paris-Nice already had to be modified because of snow in Auron, but this year it's the same old story: the route of the 7th stage of Paris-Nice 2025 has been modified once again.
This time, the destination remains the same, as the finish will still take place in the resort of Auron.
Below you'll find details of the changes, as well as the new map on OpenStreetMap and the updated stage profile and timetable for this 7th stage of Paris-Nice 2025.

The new route for stage 7 of Paris-Nice 2025 - Nice > Auron - 109.3 km
Although the finish in Auron remains unchanged this time, as does the start in Nice of course, and even the first section through the Côte d'Aspremont (2nd category, 9 km at 5%), it's at Plan du Var that the riders will finally continue straight on through the Vallée du Var and the Vallée de la Tinée, instead of turning right for the Côte de Belvédère (2nd category) and La Colmiane (1st category).Shortly before Saint-Sauveur-sur-Tinée, they return to the original stage route for the last 32.5 km, via the Isola intermediate sprint to the finish in Auron. The distance of the stage has thus been reduced from 147.8 to 109.3 kilometers. The profile has also been modified, of course, as instead of two intermediate climbs, the riders get onto the final climb to the finish from a gradual climb.
