Danilith Nokere Koerse 2025 will start in Deinze, and initially the race will go almost straight through Gavere towards Zottegem. Before reaching Zottegem, however, the riders will find the first cobbled sector, that of the Paddestraat (note: on the map below you can recognize the cobbled sectors precisely, with a cobbled icon at the start of the sector and the same icon but crossed out with a red line at the end of the sector).Continuing south-west, they will find two cobbled sectors a little further on, Jagerij and immediately after from the Karel Martelstraat to the Holleweg. They then find the first climb of the day, Kokerelle (1800 m at 3.4%). The race then passes through Oudenaarde before heading northwest to the cobbled Varent/Varentstraat sector. Continuing on a parallel route to the south-east, they will find a series of 4 climbs, Hellestraat (1500 m at 3.8%), a passage through Anzegem then Holstraat (1000 m at 4.7%), Petegemberg (600 m at 6.7%) and Fabriekstraat (950 m at 5.2%). This first part of the route is shown in dark blue on the map, and they now arrive at the circuit, shown in red on the map.
Here they immediately find a cobbled hill, the Nokereberg, and then, as they head east, a cobbled section, Herlegemstraat. Returning to this circuit, they then climb the cobbled Lange Aststraat, before passing a short cobbled section on the Huiseplein. Taking a short detour to the south of the circuit, they find another cobbled section, Doorn, and then, returning to the main road, another, from Doorn to Wannegemdorp. They then head for the entry point on the circuit to do it a second time, again over the two hills and three more cobbled sections. When they reach the end of the last cobbled sector on this second run, rather than heading for the circuit entry point, they turn right and then left to return in the opposite direction on the course, until the final climb to the finish in Nokere's Waregemstraat (1100 m at 3.5%).
