The route of Milan-Turin 2026 on OpenStreetMap, the schedule, and the race profile

Milan-Turin is pretty much aptly named, in that the Italian classic connects the two major cities... well, sort of, since the start will take place in Rho, which is located within the Milan metropolitan area.

From there, the race follows a nearly flat profile and a route strictly identical to last year's, passing through Novara, Vercelli, Trino, and Chivasso, toward Turin. Upon reaching Sambuy, in the Turin suburbs, the riders enter the final circuit. Unlike in previous years prior to 2025, when the race had become a sprinters' race with a flat finish, this year, just like last year, the race returns to the Superga climb. After climbing it for the first time from the point where the circuit begins, they head straight down the descent before reaching the finish line after another climb.

Via Il Pilonetto and Rivodora, they descend to Sambuy, from where they tackle the climb to Superga a second time, this time all the way to the basilica to reach the finish line. This entire climb is 4.9 km long with a 9.1% gradient.
